ok, I was going to try to not talk too much wedding here, but if Meagan's going to start it and post pictures... well.... I gotta step in and say something too :) Since I'm not a size 0 like all the models, here for your viewing pleasure are a few photos of me in the dresses.
Dress 1:
Here is a picture of the front and here is the back. I would most likely get the ribbon in the same color as the dress, not black. Also, I didn't like the two ribbons hanging down front like the model so i would remove those. This sample is too small for me, which is why the back is so wide open, and I wish I could see how the front would fit in the right size, but anyways, you can get a pretty good idea.
Dress 2:
This store didn't allow you to take photos, so we had to sneak them, hence the blurriness. Here is the front and here is the back. My friend laced up the back, which is why it doesn't look as good, but when the lady at the shop redid it, it looked a lot better.
So I don't know, seeing me in the dresses might change your opinions, maybe not :) I seem to be drawn to two very different styles of dresses, so these are kind of my favorites from each style.
OK, sorry for the non crafty post :) Wedding dresses are fun though, right? I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

So, I like both dresses... If you like the second one, get that one... It does look better on you than it does the model! ((okay I am partial)
That's funny, on you I like the second one better. This is why it's always good to go to the store and try it on instead of purchasing things online. However, I will say that if the first one had actually been in your size I might feel better about it. The only think I don't like about the second one is that I think the bottom of the dress looks so heavy and busy. Otherwise it looks lovely!
How exciting!!! I never got to try on my dress before my wedding day because I wore my mom's, that her mom made for her wedding, and since we were all living in different places mom altered it in Florida while I was in Texas and then I got to try it on for the first time about 30 minutes before I got married. Nice, eh?
And, this is the perfect spot to talk about your wedding. I don't know about everyone else but I thought it was REALLY fun getting to see you in the dresses and telling you what I thought of them. Since I hardly know you, it's a good way to get to know you! So keep the info coming! I like it.
Sorry was I not supposed to post the dress pictures???? I find anything wedding exciting though and just couldn't help it!!!!
i'm so glad you posted pics of you modeling the dresses. i still like the second one best. although, when i first saw you in the first, i thought i liked it better than the second, but i think that was just cause i like you better in the dresses than the models. so, when i saw you in the second one, i decided i still like that one better. it's more fun. the first one is seems flattering to me, so i was surprised that it was too small. i thought the back was supposed to be like that and thought "oh! sexy!". haha! ok, so i think the first one is "oh! pretty!" and i think the second one is "oh! Wow!"
Marie? Have you been hitting the coffee too much? You sounds a wee bit babbly there. You alright? ;)
I like #2 better :)
I like them both, but LOVE #2!!!
And, I know mine is the ONLY opinion that matters to you... since, you know, we have never *actually* met....
Hey this is Meagan's Mom.... We like the second one better!
