I'm back...

Hi everyone!
I know it has been a long time and I just wanted to say hi again. After talking to Marie today I felt more inspired and I decided to try my best to post in a timely manner. Marie was telling me about the recipe war and I am excited to join in on this! Maybe it will help to inspire me to cook more, as I have been in a slump lately. As you can see from the picture Derrek and I are married. We got married in South Lake Tahoe on August 7th. It was a beautiful ceremony and we are both very happy! I just wanted to include a photo, if you want to see more (cause I don't want to overwhelm you all with just wedding picutres) you can visit my other blog Cook Ohana. I look forward to posting and commenting with you all soon! Aloha!

Welcome back! We've missed you! The picture looks great! I also saw all the others at your other website.

I'm looking forward to you joining in on the recipe war. It's been fun! This month is 5 ingredients or less. You can vote for next month's theme via the poll in the sidebar. Let us know if you have any questions about how it works. So, far we've been just making the rules up as we go.

Thanks Marie!!! I just wanted to tell you that I tried to vote for next months recipe war and it said the web page is expired...am I doing something wrong?

Hey! Congratulations and welcome back. You look lovely!

not sure why the poll didn't work. i wonder if you were trying to vote for the fav recipe from last month, cause there were two polls up. but i took that one down since we know that joanna won. so, try the one that is up now and let me know if you still have a problem.

I still can't vote, it keeps saying the same thing that the webpage is expired...maybe it's just me...I was trying to vote for the crock pot in case you wanted to know.

Thank you Joanna!!!! Congratulations on your pregnancy! FIVE girls, I give you so much credit and you are very blessed!

i have no idea why you can't vote! i voted for slow cooker from shane's computer and i wasn't signed into blogger. it didn't give me any problems. hopefully it's just a fluke and it won't happen to you every time, but if it does, it's easy enough for me to cast the vote for you.

Congradulations to both of you. You both look so happy on your Special day. I would like to see more photos, could you send me your blog address?

Aloha nui loa, Lyn

Thanks so much! My blog address I think is CookO'hana@blogspot.com or there is a link on this website if you scroll down on the left. I will post more pictures on that website, so I don't bore everyone here with wedding photos. If you like I can send you some photos too.

wow, what a beautiful picture! I think it turned out wonderfully. Red must be the color right now too, cause Leah's colors are red, silver, and black.

Thanks Meagan! I'm glad you liked it too! Red, Black and silver for Leah's wedding will be so nice, I think they look elegant and sophisticated together. I can't wait to see pictures of her wedding too! It was a great wedding for Derrek and I and we are glad all turned out well!

Johanna, how do you not check this blog every 10 minutes? I think I'm obsessed.

I have to admit when I was off work I checked it all the time..I even checked it once or twice at work, but I can't get too carried away with it! I wish I could be online and doing projects all the time, darn work it just gets in the way of life!!!!!

Thanks for the comment Johanna! It's never too late and I know everyone has a lot going on besides sitting in front of the computer.

Is there such a think as Bloggers Anonmyous???? LOL.
