So I just have to comment some on this post. This bag is the fifth or sixth bag of this type that I have made. I started with two for myself, and found them rather handy, and then have started making them as gifts out of home decor fabric on the remnants rack.... Well, each bag I have done have become better made then the last one, and I have come to the conclusion that those who are good at sewing, or knitting, or whatever the art is, simply are good at it cause they have done it over and over again. I guess you could say they have practiced... So a master of the sewing machine is no other than a person who actually has taken the time to use it. Anyway, Through each of the bags I have picked up several hints and tricks and tweacked the pattern from the original form. Anyone who wants a copy please email me and I will be glad to give you the link to the original and/or my redited version with the different style bottom. (Origianl bag doesn't allow items to stand independantly very easily.... I modified it to reduce that issue.)
Sorry about going off topic..... and probably making no sense what so ever.... Oh and by the way, I like making them so much that if you would like one, stay tuned.... I might just have some for sale soon!
First I have to say that the baby is ADORABLE!!! Makes me want another.... till I remember that I am still not sleeping through the night with MY 16-month-old baby and then I think, nah. I love the bag, looks complicated. (All sewing is complicated to me), but you will certainly have to let us know when you start to sell them!

Very nice bag! I remember when you made your first one. I can see that you are getting better and better at them. I love the fabric too.
