Katherine begged for (and got) a knitting kit for Christmas! I finally got 5 seconds to sit down with her and try to teach her a bit, which is kind of funny since I only just learned myself! She seems to like it in short bursts and so far can do a knit stitch correctly about 85% of the time. Now she is begging to go to knitting group with me. Hee hee.

oh my gosh!! that is so cute! i'm so jealous! that makes me want a girl so bad. i know boys could knit too, but my boy wouldn't. he'd rather shoot and kill all the imaginary spiders around the house. Yikes!
