The Twelve Days of Ornaments - Day Ten

I believe I just made the classiest ornament yet. Surprisingly it's very, very easy and it doesn't take a whole lot of time. I like this pine cone with brown and off-white ribbon. I don't think it would be quite as neat with plain brown ribbon. I wasn't able to find the sequin pins at JoAnn, but I did find applique pins and they worked perfectly.

this is really fancy! and gorgeous! did you make any others in other patterns?

i don't really get it though. the little flaps of fabric are held on with little pins? wouldn't that make it easy to pull the pieces of fabric off?

yeah, little pins. it is delicate i think so i put it up high. i have some dark green grosgrain ribbon that i want to use later to day to make another.

my tree is about to fall over. ha ha ha ha! i stopped making four of each since in the end that would be 48 new ornaments added to our little charlie brown tree.
