I just turned the heel (yay!) and should have been left with 18 stitches and instead have 20(boo). Hmmm.... I have put a call in to my friend Trish, but can you believe that she does not sit at home and just wait there for when I need her??!!I am thinking I went a few rows too far on the heel flap? Not sure... Hopefully I can just carry on from here without having to go back and fix it. I should run into Trish picking up the kids from school today and will hopefully find out then. Wish me luck!

i really like the choice in yarn! it looks fantastic tina! see this is why i like sewing; it's easy to rip out stitches (i love my seam ripper). my brain hurts just thinking about how i'd figure out what i did wrong. but right now marie's brain is whirring with the possibilities!
Beautiful socks is gorgeous yarn. Looks like you are almost done too. I know how it is to not want to wait to show things! Nice to hear from you today by the way!
