I didn't think the pictures turned out very well. I need to work on my food photography skills. Nevertheless, it sure was yummy. But it could be because it had sour cream in it and I *adore* sour cream. This gets added to my recipe box.
Shane really liked them, but Josef just ate the insides. I told him that he was supposed to actually eat the peppers, that they weren't decoration. He ate about 2 bites and threw it away. I think it's more of a weird factor for him though because the peppers are sweet and don't have a strong flavor. Maybe they're a bit fancy for kids?

Those do look good! Did the whole family like it as much as you? I don't know how my family would like it, but I think it looks completely yummy!

i think it's good to expose kids to lots of different food types, instead of just hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza. did caleb eat it?
tonight we're having middle eastern again: lamb tagine with preserved lemons, pita, tabbouleh and hummus.
