I put up the poll for the July recipe theme. Also, at the end of the month when it's time to cast votes for the best recipe, there will be a change in how the votes are cast. I'll post a message prompting votes and you all can vote by posting a comment. That way, it we can hear from everyone. There were a couple extra votes besides the five that submitted recipes. I love that it appears that some readers are participating and I think it would be great if there was more of a dialogue about the results. Who are these mysterious voters that tried our soups? What did you think? Also, it's time to post your breakfast recipes, if you have them ready!

If we vote by writing a post, will others still be able to vote? They cannot post. Do we want to keep the voting just us? I thought it was really neat that other people tried the recipes and some even commented on them. How would that work?
Sorry about that! I changed the wording to say that everyone voting would post a comment. Yes, I think we all feel the same that anyone who's tried all the recipes should be able to vote. Makes things more fun, I think!
I agree, it was fun to hear about how everyone felt about the recipes and cool that other people besides us tried them and liked them. That's fantastic!
Ummm, we could solve the problem by doing both the comment voting and the non comment/poll voting style.
