Sewing - Finally Something to Show

I finally have something to show you all! I have been doing a lot of sewing, but so much of it has been for work. But I did finish the nursery things I was making. I made the curtains, bumper pads, and dust ruffle. Also in the picture is the quilt my mom made.

Here are some close up shots so you can see a bit more detail:

It feels really good to have it done and the room coming together!

Looks fantastic? I love all the Amy Butler fabric! (it is Amy, right?) It looks like a lot of work!

That looks great! What a great thing to have made yourself, I never would have thought of it.
Just in time, huh? How long do you have now?

I also love Amy Butler fabrics, Marie! These are from her Midwest Modern collection in the Ohio sky colors. I picked them because they are gender neutral. I think it all came together nicely!

I did wait until the last minute on these, Tina! I technically have 10 days left until my due date, but I am having all sorts of contractions and signs of labor, so I am hopeful that it will be sooner. My doctor keeps offering to induce me, but I keep saying, "No thanks!" I've been there, and don't really wish to go back.
