Banana Bread

I know banana bread isn't the most interesting recipe I could have submitted as my entry. But since I make this so much, sometimes once a week, I thought you all might get as much use out of it as I do. It's super moist, I think because of the sour cream. I use pecans (it says use walnuts or pecans) and I add more than the recipe says (although I don't measure so I'm not sure how much more). It's a Martha Stewart recipe.

It looks good. I have a hard time finding banana bread that I like!

Add chocolate chips, it covers a multitude of culinary sins. The link is to Clothesline Alley's link to sugarless chocolate chips.

And really, how can you possibly go wrong with something that has chocolate AND pecans in it. I mean, sheesh, do we have a winner here already or what?!

chocolate chips?!!!??? Hey! This is my recipe lady! You can't change it! And what's with the chocolate obsession? Oh my gosh! I totally just thought of the most perfect gift to bring you in two weeks! I never thought of putting chocolate chips in it, but it sounds *really* good.
