I did make it myself for our church group cookout on Wednesday. It is just a yellow cake recipe for the "bun" and a brownie recipe baked in the 8" round for the "burger" and frosting for the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and cheese. Usually I use strawberry and kiwi slices for the tomato and pickle, but this time we had a lady in our group who doesn't like fruit. Who doesn't like fruit? Anyway, I like it better with the fruit, but it was good this way too. I mean, how can you go wrong with a brownie and cake all in the same dessert? You all should try it! As far as "fancy" cakes go, this is an easy one!
